Sometimes it can be difficult to find the time to visit a monument company, especially if no one has passed away yet. However, we feel that there is nothing more important than preplanning your burial. That’s why we offer you the convenience of visiting our website for ideas and information, and working with our friendly professionals by phone or email.
Our staff is well-versed in designing granite memorials, bronze memorials, cremation memorials, memorial benches and even custom memorials. Our representatives are also very knowledgeable about the varying features of burial caskets, including the laws governing the purchase of preneed caskets. By spending just a few minutes of your valuable time on burial planning today, you can save your family thousands of dollars on your final needs.
Coordinating Your Needs with the Cemetery and Funeral Home
The very first process we go through when starting production on a tombstone is to contact your cemetery to verify all of the rules and regulations in effect. We don’t know of any other memorial company who does this, but we believe that it’s of the utmost importance to confirm up-front that your desired memorial follows all applicable rules at your cemetery. After all, a memorial headstone is the most long-lasting purchase you will ever make in your lifetime.
After we receive a family member’s call that their loved one has passed and the casket is needed, we immediately prepare to deliver the casket to their chosen funeral home. We have delivered to hundreds of funeral homes across our service area, and we deliver the casket either the same day or the following day after request. We also contact the funeral home to confirm that the time we expect to arrive will be convenient for them.
Care in Installation
We install all of our monuments on a pre-fabricated, steel-reinforced pier-and-beam concrete foundation. Click here to see pictures of our installation process! Because of the way the grave stone is installed, we are able to guarantee our foundations against leaning and tilting for a period of 10 years due to faulty installation work. No other memorial company offers such a guarantee. We also work very hard to leave the grave site clean and free from excess dirt and debris.
When your memorial design is created, we keep a digital copy of your memorial. This makes it very easy to add any future on-site engraving, such as a death date, a grandchild’s name or an important emblem. Our trained engraver will take care of engraving your grave stone to your specifications.
We are able to offer financing to our customers for up to 36 months with 0% interest, or with reasonable interest rates for our customers whose budgets require a longer payment period, and there are no credit checks. We offer payment due dates on the 5th, 10th & 20th of each month, in addition to quarterly, semi-annual and annual payment schedules.
