Casket

Can be purchased for any number of “qualified” persons, which include yourself, your spouse, your children (natural, adopted or stepchildren), and their spouses. Caskets can be purchased by anyone residing in Texas for any qualified person who plans to be buried in Texas. The price includes delivery to any location in Texas. Once the contract is signed, the price is guaranteed never to increase, as long as you contact us for delivery at time of need. Caskets are usually delivered within 24 hours after we are called for delivery.

 

Monument

Can be purchased for any number of “qualified” persons, which include yourself, your spouse, your children (natural, adopted or stepchildren), and their spouses. The price includes installation in any cemetery in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas or Mississippi. Monuments can be delivered to other locations for a delivery fee.

 

Vault

Can be purchased for any number of “qualified” persons, which include yourself, your spouse, your children (natural, adopted or stepchildren), and their spouses. Vaults can be purchased by anyone residing in Texas for a qualified person who plans to be buried in Texas. The price includes installation in any Texas cemetery during “normal” business hours. (Normal hours for vault installation are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, with burial services beginning before 4 pm.) Once the contract is signed, the price is guaranteed never to increase, as long as you contact us for delivery at time of need.

 

Urn

Can be purchased for any number of “qualified” persons, which include yourself, your spouse, your children (natural, adopted or stepchildren), and their spouses. The price includes standard ground shipping to any location in the continental United States. Once the contract is signed, the price is guaranteed never to increase, as long as you contact us for delivery.

 

Funeral Expense Trust

Can only be purchased for yourself, the person applying for Medicaid coverage. This trust allows you to set aside funds for final expenses that otherwise do not qualify as exempt assets.

Caskets, monuments, vaults & urns are exempt items as described above that come with a price guarantee. However, funeral service contracts and cemetery property purchases are not exempt assets. Purchasing these items directly before entering a nursing home will result in penalties. The funeral expense trust is a special product allowed by the state that is an exempt asset, allowing you to set aside up to $15,000 to cover additional funeral expenses at time of need without violating any of the Medicaid spend-down rules.
