  Locate grave.

  Stake installation location.

  Prepare foundation area.
• 
  Excavate foundation area.
• 
  Check measurements.
• 
  Dig pier holes.
• 
  Remove excavated dirt.
• 
  Fill pier holes with Sakrete.
• 
  Smooth Sakrete over foundation base.
• 
  Install pre-fab, steel-reinforced concrete slab.
• 
  Level foundation slab.
• 
  Install granite base.
• 
  Level granite base.
• 
  Install granite die on base.
• 
  Position die on base. Check measurements.
• 
  Seal space between die and base.
• 
  Check positioning.
• 
  Leave job site clean.
